If you believe you have not received your download within 24 hours of purchase, please check that you have paid for the product and that the money has been transferred via PayPal. If you check this and see that we have received payment, please contact us and let us know you have not received your Microsoft Exam. Requests for a refund are accepted within the period of 14 days after the order has been placed. Please bear in mind that our Microsoft Exam eBooks are digital and cannot be returned, and to protect our business buyers that have requested a refund will not be allowed to purchase any more of our products.
